Discover Burford

Enjoy a leisurely self-guided walk around historic Burford, a medieval town on the River Windrush in the Cotswold hills, and discover some of its many ancient buildings. You will hear about 18 of them, each with a fascinating story to tell. The walk is 0.9 miles (1.4 km) long and will take around an hour to complete. You can follow the route or ‘mix and match’ as you please and will be able to stop at any time to enjoy a spot of refreshment at one of Burford’s many cafés.
